Bikram Yoga - 90 minutes

This classic hot yoga class is ideal for both beginners and experienced practitioners, featuring a consistent sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a room heated to approximately 104°F with high humidity. The longer 90-minute format allows for deeper focus, alignment, and endurance as you work through each posture systematically.
