Available Massage Therapies

Swedish Relaxation:

Swedish massage therapy is designed to relax the entire body by soothing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. It is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

Deep Tissue Massage:
Deep Tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but uses deeper pressure to release chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).

Reiki Therapy:
Reiki Therapists channel energy into a patient by means of touch, activating the natural healing process of the body and restoring physical and emotional well being.

Chinese "Cupping":
The Chinese Cupping method, in its modern form, employs gentle suction to specific areas of the body using silicone suction cups. This method provides the affected site with immediate release of muscle tension and softens the surrounding tissue, aiding in healing.

Hot Stone Therapy:
In Hot Stone massage, the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as either an extension of their own hands, or simply places them in strategic areas on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply and quickly, providing an improved healing experience.

What Clients Have Said...

I went to Stephanie to help heal some back muscles I pulled during practice. It was such a great experience that I had my daughter go in for a full-body massage as well. She LOVED it!. I ended up buying 3 massage gift certificates for my daughter's birthday. She very much enjoyed her gifts this year. :)
Robert (Bikram Yoga Practictioner)

Stephanie is awesome. She can really find the kinks in my body and works them all out. I'm a regular customer...  My favorite part, though, is seeing her other clients leave the studio. They are always so relaxed - they just float on out the door.
